Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers

“As at the balance sheet date, the company had net liabilities of £166,168 (2024 net assets of £6,048,591) having also been in a net liability position in previous years. The company made a loss in the year of £6,214,759 (2024: £3,840,819), having also recorded losses in previous years. The Company continues to be reliant on support of its parent company in line with Group strategy. The holding company's directors have confirmed to the Board that there is no intention to call in the inter-company loan until such time as they can be afforded, and post year end are reviewing the option of capitalising such amounts as necessary to provide a stable net asset base. Having considered the group's plans, projections, and scenario modelling, the directors consider that these investments provide more than sufficient working capital to fund the group to continue trading across all sectors and invest in future expansion, despite ongoing challenging market conditions. The going concern basis is therefore considered appropriate.”
