“After making enquiries, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company and the Group have adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future, which the directors interpret as twelve months from the date of this report. This is notwithstanding the net liability position at year end. Thus, the going concern basis has been adopted in preparing the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2024.
