“For the year ended 31 December 2024, the company recorded a loss of £12,064,097 and had net liabilities of £11,418,267. The directors have considered the company's financial position and the availability of future funding. In forming their view, they have taken into account the ongoing financial support from NetEase, Inc., which has confirmed its intention to provide financial assistance for at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. On the basis of their assessment, the director continues to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
