Material uncertainty over going concern
The group has incurred losses up to the balance sheet date and further equity financing has been obtained after the reporting date in order to finance day to day operations. However, given the current cash position of the group and considering forecasts prepared by management to June 2026, the group is expected to maintain a positive cash balance and generate positive cash flows over this period. These forecasts include assumptions surrounding growth in partner kitchens that are inherently uncertain. If this forecast growth is not achieved, there is a risk that the company would not have sufficient cash in order to meet its liabilities as they fall due. In such a scenario, the group would be reliant on obtaining further shareholder funding in order to remain a going concern, which is also uncertain.
