“After making enquiries, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. For this reason they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements. The Company's cash resources are managed on a Group basis. Working capital forecasts have been prepared for the Group up to 31 December 2026, which demonstrate that the Company and Group has sufficient resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The forecasts have been sensitised to take into account the current uncertain outlook, due to rising inflationary pressures and world outlook.”
