“The Directors continue to adopt the going concern basis for the preparation of the Annual Report and financial statements, as the Company is part of the wider Frasers Group. The Group has provided support and confirmed no demand for repayment of amounts due for at least 12 months. Forecasts show the Group can operate within current facilities and covenants, with mitigating actions available if needed.”
