“The Director has a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for at least twelve months from the date of the audit report. Under the terms of its current agreement with Aster Capital Management (DIFC) Ltd, all of the Company's costs are reimbursed. The Company therefore continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing its financial statements.”
