“The group is party to a debenture against the balance of senior loans, related accrued interest and exit fee, arranged and managed by Shard Credit Partners within MAPD Ventures Ltd. At 31 May 2024, the potential added liability for the company under this debenture is £22,406,445 (2023 - £19,116,996). Shard Credit Partners have confirmed that they will continue to support the group until 31 August 2026. As a result of this support, the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
