At 29 December 2024, the group owed £6,670,828 to its parent company, Emerald X LLC, a company registered in the US. The group is heavily reliant on the support from its parent company and will continue to need that support in order to be able to continue to trade. The parent company has given written confirmation that they will continue to support the group for the foreseeable future, a period which is not less than 12 months from the date of the signing of the financial statements. The intention for the parent to financially support the group is not legally binding. The events and conditions stated in Note 2 indicate that a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt on the group's ability to continue as a going concern.
