“The director confirm that, after reviewing expenditure commitments, expected cash inflows and receipt of confirmation from Lansinoh Laboratories Inc that intergroup debt will continue to be made available at sufficient levels to allow the Company to meet its liabilities as they fall due for a period of a minimum of 12 months after the date of signing of the financial statements, they have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the next financial year and the foreseeable future. On this basis, they have considered it appropriate to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statement.”
