  Material uncertainty over going concern

  During the financial year, the group completed all existing customer contracts. The directors have determined that no further contracts will be entered into and that the group will therefore cease trading. As a result, the directors have concluded that it is no longer appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis. Accordingly, the financial statements have been prepared on a break-up basis, under which assets are stated at their estimated realisable values and liabilities include provisions for costs expected to be incurred in connection with the cessation of trading.
