“The directors have at the time of approving the financial statements, a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and have considered a 12-month assessment period ending 30 September 2026. The directors of Artessence FZE have provided a letter of financial support to their wholly owned UK subsidiaries (including Euro Parfums UK Limited) indicating that they have the ability to, and will, provide such funds as necessary to enable them to meet their liabilities as and when they fall due, in the event that sufficient cash isn't otherwise available, to 30 September 2026. As a result of this assessment, the directors have concluded it is appropriate to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
