Going concern
Affirmed

“At the time of approving the financial statements, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the group and parent company have adequate resources, taking into consideration support available from its parent company Luminate Holdings LLC, to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Thus the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements. In assessing whether the going concern assumption is appropriate, management has taken into account all available relevant information about the future, which is at least, but is not limited to, 12 months from the date when the financial statements are authorised for issue.”
