“The company made a profit during the year of £100,836 and had net current assets of £209,779 with cash at bank of £159,024. The directors have prepared forecasts covering the foreseeable future, which have been prepared using reasonable assumptions and a best estimate of future sales that show continuing profitability. As part of the directors assessment, a review of its minimum regulatory capital requirements has been carried out. Based on this review the directors consider that the company will have sufficient funds to meet its liabilities as they fall due for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. On this basis the directors continue to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
