The project, forward funded since 2021, reached practical completion in June 2024, providing much-needed accommodation in a vibrant student city. Although an arson attack in 2022, which delayed completion and increased costs, the company's proactive management ensured project delivery. The arson was an insured event, and the company is working with the insurer's loss adjuster for full compensation.”
