“The Company will continue to benefit from financial support from its new parent company, which has confirmed that it will provide the company with sufficient resources to enable it to meet its debts as they fall due for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. For this reason, the Directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
