“The Directors are required to assess the availability of resources in order to meet the Company's financial obligations as they fall due for a period of at least twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements. The Directors are also required to identify any material uncertainties that may cast doubt on the Company's ability to continue as a going concern and disclose these appropriately. The Company has net current assets at 31 December 2024 of £40,399,333 (2023: £2,166,659) and despite the challenges of the current economic climate, the Directors of the Company believe that the Company will be able to continue trading and meet its financial obligations when they fall due within the next 12 months. The Company's ultimate parent, Figma Inc. is willing to provide financial support to assist the Company in meeting its liabilities as an when they fall due, to the extent that money is not otherwise available to meet such liabilities for at least 12 months from the date of signing the financial statements.”
