“The board continues to track global events that have the potential of impacting the Company's going concern status utilising information obtained through market research and monthly evaluation of KPI trends. The Company incurred a profit before tax of £3.4m (2024: £0.7m) and has a balance sheet surplus of £2.7m (2024: deficit of £0.2m). The Company has continued its profitability in the period as a result of the efficiencies of its new production facility which became operational in the year. The Company has the support of fellow Group undertakings if either funds or non-monetary support (i.e. inventory, staff, etc) were required to fund the Company. On this basis, and on their assessment of the Company's financial position, the Directors are confident that the Company will have sufficient funds to continue to meet its liabilities as they fall due. Accordingly the Company continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing its financial statements.”
