“The directors expect to have adequate resources and support from Clarke Group International Limited, via Hemnall Limited, an ultimate shareholder, and Aitch Group Limited, which is owned by an ultimate shareholder, who have indicated their support to enable the Company and Group to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future, being a period of at least twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements. Further details are disclosed in the accounting policies. Consequently, the Directors believe that the Group will be able to continue to operate and meet its liabilities as they fall due for a period of at least one year from the date of approval of the financial statements. As such these accounts are produced on a going concern basis.”
