“In the period end 29 March 2025 the Company significantly increased revenues and achieved total sales growth of +9%, it reported EBITDA of £2,754,000. At the year-end cash and cash equivalents were £6,901,000 and there continued to be no debt on the business. The Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence and to meet their obligations as they fall due for the foreseeable future, being a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements.”
