“The directors have carried out the assessment of going concern, taking into account the current and anticipated economic conditions, possible projects' delays and future projected profit based on the long term contracts. Amounts due to companies within the group which were amounting to £6,409,782 at the period end would not be called until the company has adequate funds. On this basis, together with a letter of support from the ultimate parent company, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
