“The group and parent company continues to be supported by Denham Capital, who have invested £48.6m since March 2023. To assess the going concern, the directors have prepared a detailed monthly business plan for the period to December 2026. On this basis, the directors were able to satisfy themselves that there is sufficient capital to execute the business plan and meet the group's liabilities as they fall due into the foreseeable future, being a period of at least 12 months from the date these financial statements are signed, and as such consider it appropriate to prepare the financial statement on a going concern basis.”
