“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The Directors have considered relevant information including the annual budget, forecast future cash flows and the impact of subsequent events in making their assessment. The Company generated a profit of £2,729,970 for the year ended 30 June 2025 (2024: £5,453,142). At the reporting date, the Company's net assets amounted to £660,491 (2024: £962,881). As a result, having assessed the financial forecasts, sensitivities and possible mitigating actions, the Board has a reasonable expectation that the Company has, and is expected to have, adequate resources to continue in operational existence for a period of at least twelve months following the date of approval of these financial statements. Therefore the Directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing these financial statements. Accordingly, these financial statements do not include any adjustments to the carrying amount or classification of assets and liabilities that would result if the Company were unable to continue as a going concern.”
