“The Directors have considered forecasts of both the Company and its direct and indirect investments, taking into account the current market conditions, which demonstrate that the Company should be able to continue to operate within the financial resources available to it. ... the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements.
