“At the time of signing these accounts, the directors have considered the going concern position, including looking at current and forecast cash levels, funding arrangements, and performing sensitivity over the forecasts. The directors consider that these indicate that the group will have sufficient resources to be able to continue to trade for a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing these accounts with the current level of funding available to it. The performance of the group is reviewed monthly and at the time of signing these accounts the group continues to deliver positive results as it benefits from the synergies created from the ongoing restructure of the group.
