“In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the directors' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. The directors have prepared profit and cash flow forecasts covering 12 months from the date of signing the financial statements and believe that the assumptions underlying their forecasts are reasonable. This interest relates to loan notes issued as part of the acquisition of Leep Talent Limited and the investment into Leep Group. The loan notes remain outstanding as at 31 July 2025, and the associated interest continues to accrue in line with the agreed terms. The results also include amortisation of Goodwill of £2,619,198, both non trading and non cash entries impacted the Group's reported results for the year, leading to an overall loss for the year of £2,657,359.”
