“The Company is currently loss making, having a loss of £16,593,086 (2023: £27,399,845) and has net current assets of £2,309,282 (2023: net current liabilities of £3,275,365) and net assets of £246,582,544 (2023: £263,175,630). Thus the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for a period of at least 12 months since the signing of the financial statements and for the foreseeable future. Confirmation has been provided by the intermediate parent company, Dedalus S.p.A, that it will continue to support the operations for a period of at least 12 months since the signing of the financial statements. Accordingly, the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
