“The Directors have sought and received a letter of support from Deutsche Post AG, the ultimate parent undertaking, including a commitment to provide funding to enable the company to meet its third party liabilities as they fall due, covering a period of at least twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements. Consequently, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for at least twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements. Accordingly, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
