“The directors have assessed the future cash flows of the company for a period of 12 months from the date of signing these financial statements. They have concluded that the business has sufficient trading activities by maintaining an adequate amount of business albeit at reduced levels. Costs are under stricter controls and government support, wherever eligible, has been claimed. Notwithstanding the net current liability position the company has continued to pay its debts as they fall due. Accordingly the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Thus they continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
