“The directors have undertaken a rigorous risk assessment of the profitability and liquidity of the Company and its subsidiaries over the 12 months from date of approval of financial statements. Considerable internal effort has been focused on our cash position, credit management and cost control and Situation Publishing Limited have implemented a series of actions to generate cash and maintain liquidity through FY25 and FY26. At the date of signing the financial statements, all Company's activities are continuing to operate as normal.”
