“The Company is currently reliant on funding from the immediate and ultimate Parent Company, Smart Pension Limited. The Group has also provided a letter of support to confirm that Smart Pension Limited intends to support the Company financially, and will not recall the intercompany loans should the Company not be able to repay for at least 12 months from the date of approval of the statutory financial statements. After making due enquiries and following receipt of a further combined £34m of capital from investors in January and February 2024, combined with the new debt facility that was entered into post year-end the Directors are satisfied that the Group and Parent Company have the resources to continue in business for the foreseeable future (taken as 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements).”
