“Having reviewed the forecasts and related sensitivities, the sources of cash funding available to the Group and required compliance with any external loan covenants, the Board has concluded that it is appropriate to prepare the Group financial statements on a going concern basis. Furthermore, the Group has additional levers available to manage cash including reducing discretionary spend such as capital expenditure and accelerating the liquidation of older season stock where deemed appropriate.”
