“Carmoola enjoys excellent relationships with its investor base and recently completed a £15M equity round in early 2025. This cash will support the existing debt facilities we have in place and enable us to continue scaling our customer base. While the formal documentation of the new facility is not yet complete, the directors are confident, based on the advanced stage of negotiations and written confirmation from the lender of their intent to conclude, that the facility will be executed in the coming weeks. The directors have also prepared cash flow forecasts which demonstrate that the Company will be able to continue to meet its obligations as they fall due, even in the event of any unforeseen delay in the conclusion of the new facility. Accordingly, the directors consider it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
