“During the year the Company suffered minimal impact from macroeconomic factors such as inflationary and interest rate pressures in the UK. The Directors consider that the Company has adequate liquidity and revenue resources to remain in operation for a period of at least twelve months from the signing date of these reports and have therefore continued to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements. Additionally, FTGIL has provided a letter of support to the Company to confirm that it will continue to provide financial support for the foreseeable future.”
