“The directors believe that the company is well placed to manage its business risks successfully. Having reviewed the company's current position and cash flow projections, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Greencoat GRI Assets Limited has no intention within the next 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements of demanding repayment of the loans advanced to the company as at 31 December 2024, unless the company has sufficient cash to finance its ongoing obligations. Accordingly, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the annual report and financial statements.”
