“The Directors believe that preparing the financial statements on the going concern basis is appropriate due to the committed financial support of Horizon Data Centre Investors LLC. The Directors have received written confirmation from HDCI LLC that further support will be provided to the Company for at least 13 months from the date that these financial statements are approved. The Directors have satisfied themselves of the intent and ability of HDCI LLC to provide the support.”

• “The Company's future developments are centred around development of a Data Centre (DC) site in Hayes, England. Construction work is currently in progress, with delivery expected to take place in phases over the coming years. The site is expected to be fully completed by 2030.”
• “During 2024, ISG the main contractor on the London Hayes development, went into administration. The Company has secured alternative contractors to complete the project, however it has contributed to a delay to the project timeline. Whilst the first data centre within the London Hayes development has been fully leased, due to the delay in project timeline the customer has the option to terminate the lease.”
