“The company made a loss of £139,344 (2024: £134,549) and had net liabilities of £437,568 (2024: £298,224). The company meets its day to day working capital requirements and medium-term funding requirements through resources provided by its ultimate parent. The ultimate parent company, Far East Consortium International Limited, has committed that it will continue providing financial assistance to enable the company to continue its business operations as a going concern for a period of at least 12 months from the date these financial statements are signed. The directors have made enquiries of the ultimate parent about its ability to provide support. On this basis the directors consider that it is appropriate to prepare the company's financial statements on a going concern basis.”
