“Notwithstanding the net liabilities of £4,429,193 the directors have adopted the going concern basis of preparation for the financial statements following a review of the Company's resources and assets, and taking into consideration the principal activities of the Company being that of an intermediary holding company. The Company has the financial support of group undertakings which ensures that the Company is able to meet all of its working capital requirements. The Company therefore continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing its financial statements.”
