- “During the financial year, the Company successfully converted £7.1m of Zero Coupon Convertible Bond debt into new ordinary shares. In addition, ahead of its listing on Euronext Amsterdam, the Company converted a further £6.8m of Convertible Bond debt into £3.8m worth of new ordinary shares.”
