“The Financial Statements have been prepared on a going concern basis which assumes the continuity of normal business activity and the realisation of assets and settlement of liabilities in the normal course of business. ... In August 2025, Cornish Lithium Plc signed term sheets with its existing institutional shareholders to fund the Group's development plans until at least December 2026. These developments provide the Board with sufficient assurance that the Company and wider Group will have access to adequate resources to allow it to continue its operations for the foreseeable future. As such it has adopted the going concern basis of accounting in preparing these Financial Statements.”
