“management enjoyed strong support from both shareholders and lenders to identify inefficiencies within the business and review financial covenants in support of these strategic objectives. An amendment deed to our existing loan agreement with HSBC was successfully completed and signed in September 2024, with revised minimum liquidity and gross leverage tests in line with managements' transformation initiatives. There was no breach in covenants at 31 December 2024 and therefore all bank debt has not been classified as current at the year-end.”
