Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers

“The directors, having made due and careful enquiry, are of the opinion that the Company has adequate working capital to execute its operations over the next 12 months. The directors, therefore, have made an informed judgement, at the time of approving the financial statements, that there is a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The directors remain confident that the Company can continue to operate as a going concern. This assessment is based on the understanding that the Company will continue to trade over the coming months. This, along with the Company's bank facility, will allow the Company to continue to meet its obligations as they fall due and operate as a going concern.”
Significant events
- “The Company highlighted a critical discussion and negotiation process with EGPC to amend the Concession Agreements, aiming to consolidate them into a unified agreement specifically for the joint venture with Capricorn. The proposed amendments focus on enhancing the terms and conditions to extend the project's lifetime, increase the gas price, improve the profit-sharing mechanism, and optimise cost recovery. These changes are expected to have a significant positive impact on the project's economics and reduce the impairment. Following the finalisation of the financial statements, the EGPC board approved the revised Concession Agreement, and preparations are currently underway for submission to the Egyptian Parliament for final approval.”
