Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers

“At the time of approving the financial statements, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The directors have considered relevant information, including the company's principal risks and uncertainties, the annual budget, forecast future cash flows and the impact of subsequent events in making their assessment. Based on these assessments anc having regard to the resources available to the entity, the directors have concluded that there is no material uncertainty and that they can continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the annual report and financial statements. There is loan payable to a connected company, included within non-current creditors in note 13. As per an agreement between the directors, who are common to both companies, repayment is due to start 24 months from the balance sheet date, and also will not be due for repayment until the company is in a position to do so. The directors have assessed the company's ability to continue as a going concern and are confident that the loan arrangement will not impact the company's ability to continue operating as a going concern.”
