“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis which assumes that the Company will continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Directors reviewed trading and cash flow forecasts against financing facilities, covenants, inflation, interest rates, and economic environment, showing adequate resources. The Company's immediate parent undertaking and ultimate controlling parties confirmed they will not recall amounts owed to group for at least 12 months from signing. Directors believe the Company has the ability to meet liabilities as they fall due for at least 12 months, making going concern basis appropriate.”
