“When preparing the financial statements, the Directors have considered the Company's operations plans, cash flow forecasts and available cash resources. After making enquiries, and considering plausible downside events, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operation for a period of not less than 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements based on the continued support from the parent entity. In making this assessment the Directors have not identified any material uncertainty in relation to the Company's ability to continue as a going concern as at the date of approval of the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2023.”
