“As further discussed in note 1.3 to the financial statements, notwithstanding the Group having net liabilities of £23,356,000 (2024: £21,888,000), the directors have determined that it is appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis. They have prepared financial and cash flow projections which indicate that the Group will generate positive cash flows over their forecast period”
