“In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the directors' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Having reviewed future forecasts, allowing for reasonable effects of current and future market conditions, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue operational existence for at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements. Accordingly, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the annual financial statements.”
