“At the time of approving the financial statements, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The company incurred a loss for the year ended 31 March 2025 and had net total liabilities at that date. The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Jastar Capital Limited and an ultimate subsidiary undertaking of New Gem Holdings Limited. Jastar Capital Limited has agreed to provide ongoing financial support to the company. Hence, the company has chosen to continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
