“Subsequent to the year end, the Company's equity bridge loan was repaid and replaced with a long-term intercompany loan from Enfinium Holdings 2 Limited (see Note 18). The new financing arrangement extends the maturity of the Company's borrowings beyond the going concern assessment period, and the Directors consider that the Company has sufficient resources and expected cash flows to meet its obligations as they fall due for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. Accordingly, the Directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
