“The Directors, having reviewed the progress of all projects in the pipeline, future financial projections of the Company and the funding requirements agreed in the Bay Wa r.e. AG refinancing process, have a reasonable expectation that the intragroup loan will not be demanded and that BayWa r.e. AG will be able to provide additional financial support in line with the forecasts. Based on this, the Directors consider that the Company will remain a going concern for a period of at least 12 months from the date of these financial statements. As such, they continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements. A material uncertainty in relation to going concern is noted in the 2024 BayWa r.e. AG financial statements that the continued financing of the group is dependant on the successful implementation of certain measures agreed with it's funding partners.”
